Appeals
Parents/legal guardians of students deemed ineligible by their school or local transport operator on the grounds of the above criteria may apply to Transport NSW for a review of the determination on walking distance or safety concerns. If an appeal is unsuccessful, the parents may appeal Transport NSW's decision via the independent SSTS panel which considers each case on an individual basis.
